Position: Affiliate Manager

Job Description:

TThis position will lead up an affiliate program and daily duties will include:

• Manage Affiliate Traffic
• Handle Pay-Outs
• Analyze Performance and Identify areas of improvement
• Affiliate Recruiting
• Oversee the development and distribution of marketing tools and sales creative to affiliates.

The proper applicant will possess:

• A strong knowledge of affiliate campaigns in the Adult Entertainment Sector, the Gay market in particular
• A working history in the Adult Industry and a list of contacts befitting their experience.
