Interviewing:
After we've developed detailed specifications for the skills and characteristics a client is seeking, we review resumes to find candidates who are a strong potential fit and conduct initial interviews. We ask candidates about their strengths, weaknesses, past experiences and career goals. If these conversations reveal a good match between reported and actual skills, we move on to in-depth technical assessment. Our interviewing process saves candidates and clients time and effort by making sure there's a good match before a meeting ever takes place.
Verification:
We contact the candidate's references to inquire about their skills and abilities we learned about in the interviewing process. If the references corroborate everything we've learned --skills, ability to handle pressure and tight timeframes, etc., we certify the candidate's skills and complete a profile for presentation to the client.
Hiring:
We provide details about each candidate's residential location, current employment situation, career goals, personality, salary history, desired salary and salary requirements, attitude toward the position's career direction, team culture and company culture. If the client offers the position and the candidate accepts the offer, a start date is agreed upon, the candidate starts work, and the placement is complete. We normally follow up on the first week to offer encouragement to the candidate and inquire with the client to insure the candidate is what they expected.
